Full-time employees work 36 hours per week, paid for 40.  Hours during the academic year 8:00 – 5:00 M – TH, 8:00 – 12:00 F, Summer hours 7:30 — 5:30  M – TH

Upward Bound Summer Program 2025 Head Resident Assistant

Pay amount is $2,700

The Upward Bound Program also covers housing, meals, and transportation costs during working hours.

The Upward Bound Program seeks a Head Resident Assistant (RA) to provide participants with a positive living/learning environment. This is a seasonal overnight position beginning May 26 and ending June 26, 2025. The Head RA will also be required to work an end-of-the-program trip from June 29 – July 3.

Upward Bound Summer Program 2025 Academic Instructor

Seeking tutors for Chanute High School, Royster Middle School, Galesburg Middle School, Altoona-Midway Middle School and High School, St. Paul Middle School and High School, Coffeyville, Oklahoma Union, Independence, and Neodesha. Knowledgeable of all core classes. The majority of meeting times with students would be before the high school day begins and after it ends, approximately 7:00-7:45 am & between 3:00– 5:00 pm.
