Work Weeks

Full-time employees work 36 hours per week, paid for 40.  Hours during the academic year 8:00 – 5:00 M – TH, 8:00 – 12:00 F, Summer hours 7:30 — 5:30  M – TH

The Director of Communication and Marketing reports to the President of NCCC and leads the external messaging of the institution, including all aspects of media creation and distribution, press releases, annual reports, and all other messaging to the public. Working with the Marketing Committee, the Director creates the overall branding, communication approach, and audience reach.

Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students, employees, and guests while also performing a variety of facilities, grounds, and fleet maintenance functions for the College. The role prioritizes safety, reliability, and premiere-quality service and reports to the Director of Facilities.

Education and experience

Current State of Kansas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement. Minimum one year of verifiable driving experience. Previous maintenance or grounds-keeping experience preferred.

This position, under the direction of the RSVP Coordinator, is responsible for the administration of the RSVP program in Anderson and Franklin counties. The Assistant Coordinator has the responsibility to initiate, implement, and maintain RSVP in the northern region. The Assistant Coordinator will select, train and supervise RSVP volunteers; and work cooperatively with the sponsor staff, Community Advisory Group members and volunteer stations as well as other state RSVP administrators and officials of the Corporation for National and Community Service in program planning and implementation. Responsibilities include completion of the annual federal grant requirements in a timely manner and maintenance of program records.
