NCCC Ottawa sends all KU transcript requests via certified mail at the end of each semester!

Current KU Students may get online and check their ARTS Form at www.artsform.ku.edu. (This is an advising form that also reflects transfer credit). Once your transcript has been received and processed by KU, it will be recorded on the ARTS Form. The entire process may take 4-5 weeks. Please be patient and check your online ARTS Form on a regular basis for updates to to your KU Transfer Record.

How do I request a transcript be sent to KU? To have your transcript reflecting coursework at NCCC sent to KU, all you have to do is fill out the Transcript Request Form and pay a $2.00 processing fee.

You have several options for getting the completed form to us:

	Print out the form and fax it to 785.242.2068 or 620.431.0082, OR
	Print out the form and mail it to us at: Neosho County Community College 226 Beech Ottawa, KS 66067 ATTN: Transcripts, OR
	Hand in the form at the Ottawa Campus Business Office.
