Coaching Career: Coach Herron is starting her second year as the Assistant Volleyball Coach at NCCC. Last season along side Head Coach Sowder, Herron helped lead the Lady Panthers to a 33-9 season.  Herron started her playing career at Neosho County from 2001-03 as a Libero.  She led the team in digs, serve receptions and passing percentage.  While at NCCC, Herron earned All-Jayhawk East Conference honors.  After leaving Neosho, Herron trasferred to William Penn University to continue her volleyball endeavors while majoring in Sports Administration.  During her time at Penn, Herron was named eight-time Midwest Classic Conference
