Dan placed 5th at Kansas state meet his freshman year in high school. He
also placed 3rd his
sophomore year, and won state in high jump as a junior in high school.
He was league and regional champion his sophomore and junior year.
Also competed in the 300m hurdles his junior year at state. His
freshman year in college for indoor he was league and regional champion
for high jump, having jumped a personal best of 7' at regional's and placed 3rd at nationals. Dan
was an All-American his freshman year for Neosho Community College. He
also competes in the long jump.
