| Phillips is a 2007 graduate from Eisenhower HS (TX) was a two sport athlete that competed in both track and basketball. Coming into track late every season, Montrel ran the 200m,400m, and the 4x4 relay and competed in the Long Jump for the Eagles. His personal best in the 200m is a 21.7, and 22'2 for the long jump. He also post a personal best time of 49.5 in the 400m dash. He will be a huge competitor for Panthers this season. He is the son of Yasmine and Will Phillips Jr. | |
