The Neosho County Community College Cheer team is a co-ed team. They cheer at all of the home Basketball games and travel to a few games throughout the season. The team competes at a  competition each year. The cheer team practices two to four times a week practicing stunts and tumbling as well as developing technical skills.  Members may have designated summer practice days as well as attend camp. They participate in several community service events throughout the season while keeping a minimum GPA of 2.0.  A scholarship of tuition and books is offered to all in-state team members.
