Panthers make summer field
improvements
A three part field improvement has been being worked on all
summer at Hudson Field. The first was a new drainage system
for the outfield. It was designed and put in by Irrigation
and Turf. There are 4 large drain lines that run throughout
the field and this was completed in early July. Part 2,
thanks to Clint Isaac and Chanute Manufacturing was
completed in July also. It was the new scoreboard top that
sits 7' by 32' and is available to see in our picture
gallery. Part 3 is in the works and will be done by the time
school starts. That part is 3 different bullseyes, again
donated by Clint Isaac and Chanute Manufacturing, featuring
signs by Bank Of Commerce, Ben Smith and Chanute
Manufacturing.
