Master Plans

In an continuing effort to advance the mission of the College to “enrich our communities and our students’ lives” Neosho County Community College engages in Master Planning.  These plans examine various aspects of the College both now and in the future.  The action items from the Master Plans are used to form the Strategic Plan.  It is the Strategic Plan that is funded through the College budget.  On this page is a presentation given at the Higher Learning Commission’s Annual Meeting in 2011 that explains the purpose of each of the Master Plans.  Copies of the plans are also linked here.
