Management students may prepare to transfer to a university or they may choose to enter the job market upon completion of two years of study at Neosho County Community College.

Students seeking the transfer degree should follow the suggested program guidelines as given for the AS in Business Administration degree. Students seeking to enter the job market upon two years of study should follow the suggested program guidelines as given for the AAS in Management degree.
