My name is Allison Ouellette and I am the Director of Residence and Student Life at NCCC. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Kansas. I spent much of my time at KU working for the Department of Student Housing and AURH (Association of University Residence Halls) where I discovered my passion for campus housing and student development. I have been at NCCC since August 2011 and have enjoyed getting to know the students and being a support to them during their first years of college. My husband, Andrew, is a Biology Instructor at NCCC and we have two children. Our family enjoys travelling, bike rides, and milkshakes from Cardinal Drug.

My name is Kaleigh Richardson and I’m the Assistant Director of Residence and Student Life at NCCC. I started working here in July of 2013, shortly after I graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Before transferring to Taylor I received my Associate of Arts from Cowley County Community College. During my time at TU I lived on campus and held a leadership position in Res Life my senior year, which opened my eyes to how much I love living and working in campus housing. I recently completed my Master of Education Degree in Higher Education and received a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation.  I enjoy reading, travelling, all things Disney, and chocolate milkshakes from Cardinal Drug.
