Coach Havron is entering his first season as the Head Coach of NCCC
Track and Field/Cross Country programs after assistant coaching for the
Panthers since October of 2006. During that time, Havron coached all of
the sprints/hurdles/jumps turning the program into one of the best in
the country with 17 All-American athletes coming out of that field
during his tenure.

 

As a collegiate competitor for the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND,
Havron was an 16-time DAC-10 All-Conference athlete, team captain, and
capped off his career with an All-American performance in 2005. In high
school at Capital High School in Helena, MT Havron was a 4 time
All-State football player (WR, KR, PR) winning two State Championships
and never losing a high school game. In track Havron was a 8-time
All-State performer winning two State Championships as well. Havron
stayed at the University of Mary to assist with coaching the sprinters
until arriving at NCCC.

Coach Havron received his degrees from the University of Mary in 2005,
and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Educational
Administration from Pittsburg State University. Outside of his coaching
duties, Havron serves as the co-founder of NCCC's FCA club and as a
Physical Education instructor. Havron and his beautiful wife Kristen
are the proud parents of their newborn son Harper James Havron who was
born last November.
