Josh Johnston

Tulsa, OK // Victory Christian High School
OF/LHP, 6-2, 185 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Johnston hit .517 with 24 stolen bases and posted a 4-1 record on the mound with a 1.14 E.R.A.

Max Ising

Lee’s Summit, MO // Lee’s Summit West High School
OF/RHP, 6-1, 180 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Ising hit .492 with 28 RBI’s while hitting 7 doubles and stealing 7 bases. On the mound Ising went 4-0 with a 2.13 E.R.A.

Coach Murry on Ising – “Max as electric stuff on the mound and can really hit. He is a great kid with outstanding makeup. I look forward to seeing him develop over the next two years.”

Nick Fowble

Norman, OK // Norman High School
LHP, 6-5, 195 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Fowble went 4-0 with a 2.52 E.R.A. in 36 innings pitched.

Taylor Richey

Fort Gibson, OK // Fort Gibson High School
INF/RHP, 6-2, 185 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Richey hit .420 with 8 homeruns and 42 RBI’s while stealing 12 bases. On the mound he went 6-2 with a 1.68 E.R.A. in 49 innings of work.

Coach Murry on Richey – “Taylor has absolutely dominating stuff on the mound. He has the best slider I have seen from a high school kid in a long time. As a hitter, he has knack for hitting his pitch and hitting it hard.”

Kas Sanders

Fletcher, OK // Fletcher High School
INF, 6-1, 180 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Sanders hit .655 with 20 doubles, 3 triples, 7 homeruns, and drove in 48 runs while stealing 19 bases.

Coach Murry on Sanders – “Kas has great hands and feet. He has a great attitude and is a true gamer. He is the kid that always leaves the ball park with a dirty uniform.”

Taylor Smith

Fletcher, OK // Fletcher High School
OF/LHP, 6-0, 175 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Smith hit .494 with 11 doubles, 5 homeruns, and 10 stolen bases.

Coach Murry on Smith – “Taylor is a kid that you can tell has played a great amount of baseball. He gets great reads in the outfield and does all of the little things right at the plate and on the bases. “

Jon Furlong

Bixby, OK // Bixby High School
RHP, 6-3, 190 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Furlong went 5-1 with a 1.56 E.R.A. in 40 innings of work for the Midwest Nationals.

Dillon Kerans

Maize, KS // Maize High School
RHP, 6-2, 175 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Kerans went 6-2 with a 2.88 E.R.A. in 41 1/3 innings.

Kenny Mckee

Supulpa, OK // Supulpa High School
RHP, 6-3, 195 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Mckee went 1-4 with a 1.31 E.R.A. in 37 innings pitched.

Coach Murry on Mckee – “Kenny has a ton of raw ability and the sky is the limit for him. He has really developed as a player and we hope to continue it.”

Tyler Palmer

El Reno, OK // El Reno High School
C, 5-11, 200 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Palmer hit .472 with 5 homeruns and 41 RBI’s with the Elk City Travelers.

Coach Murry on Palmer – “Tyler is a great catch and throw kid who can really hit for average and power. He has great instincts behind the plate and can handle a pitching staff.”

Adam Giacalone

Shawnee, KS // Shawnee Mission Northwest High School
INF/RHP, 6’2, 200 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Giacalone hit .448 with 8 doubles and 18 RBI’s. On the mound Giacalone went 3-4 with a 2.05 E.R.A. in 44 1/3 innings.

Coach Murry on Giacalone – “Adam is an outstanding pitcher and also really hit from the left side. He is a great competitor that has a burning desire to get better every day.”

Daniel Peterson

De Soto, KS // De Soto High School
RHP, 6’6, 195 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Peterson went 4-1 with 1 save and a 3.22 E.R.A. in 41 1/3 innings pitched.

Coach Murry on Peterson – “Daniel is a very highly touted pitcher. He has a great fastball and secondary pitches with a very projectable body.”

2009 Statistics: Strahm posted a 6-3 record with a 2.68 E.R.A. in 60 2/3 innings of work.

Garrett Schaede

Owasso, OK // Owasso High School
INF/RHP, 6’2 190 lbs.
2009 Statistics: Schaede hit .420 with 2 doubles while only committing two errors in 80 attempts.
